Every year, in late summer, we turn our attention to the Italian prune plum, one of the treasures of the Pacific Northwest.
Our climate makes us one of only a handful of places in the world where this precious fruit thrives, and we discovered years ago that processing these local plums and soaking them with Copperworks Gin made for a truly delicious spirit. This year, we’re throwing our second-ever Plum Festival, sharing our joy of local agriculture and celebrating these plums in a variety of ways.
