Plum Festival 2026
This year, we’re hosting our second-ever Plum Festival at Copperworks Kenmore, sharing our joy of local agriculture and celebrating these plums in a variety of ways.
A Pacific Northwest treasure
Every year, in late summer, we turn our attention to the Italian prune plum, one of the treasures of the Pacific Northwest.
Our climate makes us one of only a handful of places in the world where this precious fruit thrives, and we discovered years ago that processing these local plums and soaking them with Copperworks Gin made for a truly delicious spirit.
What to expect at Plum Festival
There will be special plum-focused cocktail and kitchen menus, an exciting new chocolate collaboration, a local vendor market, and more.
- Local vendor market
- Plum cocktail special menu

Copperworks Plum Gin
We are also pleased to introduce our 2026 limited annual release of Plum Gin! This batch was crafted from our 2024 harvest, totaling 2,400 lbs. of locally sourced Empress and Italian prune plums. These plums were macerated and soaked in Copperworks Gin for one year.
The result is a ruby colored gin with a tart, plummy flavor and a touch of sweetness. In celebration of this year’s release, we put together a cocktail guide to inspire you with some of the fun and creative recipes we have enjoyed over the years.
