Tasting Notes:
Nose of dried fruit, especially cherry and orange. The flavor has notes of leather, almond paste, and more dried fruit, with a finish of slight walnut and leather notes.
Production:
Five Malt recipe (75% pale malt and 25% caramel malts). The release combines seven barrels of Copperworks whiskey matured in new American Oak with a half cask of whiskey matured in a used Oloroso Sherry cask.
