Go behind the scenes at the distillery and bottle your own whiskey!
Using our copper dipping dog, you'll pull whiskey straight from the cask before sealing your bottle and adding the final details. This single cask will continue to mature after this distillery-exclusive experience, meaning you're capturing a whiskey that won't be found anywhere else and won't taste quite the same ever again. This experience will be available during our normal hours of operation, subject to availability during peak hours. Current Offering:
Single Cask No. 97-2 was crafted using single varietal Baronesse pale malt barley from Joseph’s Grainery in Colfax, WA. This whiskey was matured for seven and a half years in a French oak cask which previously held Copperworks whiskey. This is the only French oak cask at Copperworks, making this an exceptionally rare offering. 62.5% ABV.
